13th February 2026 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: cloudy, chilly and breezy:( Max Speed: Distance Covered: Friday 13th February - walk *** – Around Felixstowe – cloudy, chilly and breezy. Another top Maeva Friday despite another gloomy, chilly and breezy day we had a top day with the Granddaughter! We did loads at home in the morning including cushion stepping stones to music, sticking Valentinnes stuff, planting loads of seeds and cooking, a large heart biscuit and our lunch a pitta bread sausage, egg and cheese surprise! We then drove down to our parking spot at the bottom of Bent Hill for our picnic in the van and watch ‘Old People’ walk along the prom in the grey chill! Once again Maeva was keen to get out on her bike as we set off up the pram walk leading to the Spa Theatre. We were spotting goldfish at several ponds, past the round pond and back onto the chilly prom where we played hide and seek behind the beach huts:) Then back home for a hot water bottle and cuppa with Peppa pig on Youtube before Maeva heads for home – top day!
